STREETWEAR RETURN POLICY
Subject to the conditions set forth below, RAQUEL will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within thirty (30) days of the date of the shipment delivery. Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. If not, subject to any legal requirements we will issue you merchandise credit, merchandise credits do not expire.
RAQUEL reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in sole discretion
Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether you have a right to do a refund based on our Return and Exchange policy conditions. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us.

(2) The reason for making the return
(3) Whether you are interested in an exchange for a different size, a different style of similar prices, or a refund.
Once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed within 48 business hours. Items are shipped via UPS for domestic orders including Puerto Rico and Canada.
Our transit times are based on UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.
- Standard Ground: 1-5 Business Days
- International Shipping: Please allow for 10 to 14 days for delivery
- 2-Day Shipping: 2-day Shipping means 2 business days. Orders may take 24 hours to process through our systems prior to shipping. There will be no exceptions for this. Orders placed on a Friday may not ship till Monday. We do not ship over the weekends or holidays.
- Domestic orders below a $100 receive a standard flat rate of $10 (subject to vary based on certain factors) Domestic orders $100 and over receive free shipping
- International orders do not receive free shipping and the shipping rate is subject to vary based on location.

- Please note that the orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed by or before 10AM of the day will ship that same day***
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information allowing you to track your order
Because an order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created, please contact us within 4 hours of your order. After that, your request will be treated as a return request.
